How long will my order take to be shipped?

  • Ready stock items will be shipped out within 1–2 working days after payment is verified.
  • Backorder items will be dispatched based on the ETA stated on each product page.
  • A tracking email will be sent once your parcel is on its way.
  • All deliveries are processed Monday–Friday (excluding weekends & public holidays).

When will my parcel arrive?

  • West Malaysia: 1–3 working days
  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 7–10 working days
  • Singapore: 7–10 working days

Are there extra charges for re-delivery?

Yes. If your parcel is returned to us (bounced parcel), a new shipping fee will apply.

All parcels require a signature upon delivery. If delivery is unsuccessful, you may:

  • Arrange re-delivery with the courier, or
  • Collect at the assigned post office.

Unclaimed parcels will be returned after 5 working days.

What are the shipping fees within Malaysia?

  • FREE Delivery for orders RM200 and above.
  • For orders below RM200:
    • RM10 per order (West Malaysia)
    • RM15 per order (East Malaysia)

What are the shipping fees for Singapore?

  • FREE Delivery for orders RM350 and above.
  • For orders below RM350:
    • RM35 per order

Which courier partners do you use?

  • We use J&T Express for both West and East Malaysia deliveries.
  • For Singapore, we use NinjaVan.

Do you offer Lalamove (Same-day delivery)?

Yes, we offer Lalamove delivery within 10km at a flat rate of RM18.
We will try our best to arrange delivery within 24 hours after confirmation.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Delivery time may vary depending on traffic conditions, weekends, and public holidays
  • Service is subject to driver availability
  • Exact delivery timing cannot be guaranteed
  • Once the order is handed over to the driver, it is considered fulfilled

Do you offer self-collection?

Yes, self-collection is available.
Kindly contact us in advance to arrange a collection time.

Will I be charged import duties or taxes?

Import duties and taxes are not included in the shipping fee.
These charges may apply when your parcel arrives in your country, and they are the responsibility of the recipient.
Our courier partner will contact you if any fees are required.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
